Role:
As a Financial Administration Officer, you will be responsible for:
Coding and booking purchase invoices.
Preparing and compiling payments (via Rabo Business Banking).
Reporting incoming payments to traders.
Booking bank receipts and payments.
Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable lists.
(Assisting with) the preparation of weekly and/or monthly figures.
(Assisting with) balance sheet activities.
Maintaining contact with suppliers and banks regarding outgoing payments.
Archiving booking documents.
In addition, you act as a back-up for other administrative tasks when required.
What do you bring?
A completed financial or business economics education at MBO level.
Experience with Word, Excel, and preferably Coda (UNIT4 Financials).
A service- and customer-oriented attitude.
A high level of accuracy and independence.
A flexible mindset.
Excellent command of both Dutch and English.
Preferably living in the Dordrecht area and available full-time (37.5 hours).
