Recruiter & Office Manager

What will you do?

You are the central point of contact who ensures that everything runs smoothly. Your role comes with a wide range of responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: You are responsible for the active recruitment of new colleagues and maintain contact with external parties.

  • Collaboration with educational institutions: You maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and external partners for projects, career days, and internships.

  • Development: You organize training sessions and courses.

  • Onboarding & facilities: You ensure that new colleagues receive a warm welcome and that all facility-related matters (such as phones, credit cards, access badges, and fuel cards) are arranged for everyone.

  • Office management: You handle all orders (including Nespresso, office supplies, and other essentials).

  • Events & team building: You organize staff outings, parties, Friday afternoon drinks, and special occasions.

  • Trade fair & travel support: You assist traders with hotel bookings and related arrangements for trade fairs. You also make sure travel files with our business travel partner are created and kept up to date.

In short: a versatile role where no two days are the same!

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s level of working and thinking (proven by a completed degree).

  • You are eager to learn and detail-oriented.

  • Strong organizational skills: you keep an overview and can juggle multiple tasks at once.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise easily with colleagues and external partners.

  • Affinity with recruitment and facility management.

  • A proactive mindset: you see what needs to be done and take initiative.
